To do our part in observing our government and healthcare officials’ mandates and instructions, we are minimizing close-proximity interaction and client presence within the building by temporarily adapting our policies to fit these practices
HELP US HELP YOU BY FOLLOWING THESE STEPS:
- Call us from your vehicle to notify us of your arrival & the reason for your visit (if you do not have an appointment). Provide a phone number where we can reach you inside your vehicle
- Wait for a staff member to greet and attend to you and/or your pet by coming out to your car gathering the details of your pet’s needs and escorting them inside for their physical exam
- Speak with the veterinarian by phone from the convenience of your vehicle to go over exam findings medical recommendations and additional information gathering.
- Have a technician go over an estimate with you and authorize treatments, then wait while those treatments are performed inside
- Speak with a receptionist by phone to schedule any follow-up visits and to make payment. Please avoid using cash payments and accept your receipt and documents by email
